Scope

This policy explains how personal data may be handled when you visit masstech.bg or use software products presented by MASSTECH. Individual applications differ in their features, permissions, and integrated services. Each app’s store disclosures must accurately reflect the version actually distributed.

Categories of data

• Website: IP address, access time, browser details, and technical server logs for operation and security.
• Email requests: the address and information you choose to provide.
• Apps with analytics: app starts, usage events, device/app version and diagnostic information if analytics tooling (such as Firebase Analytics) is enabled.
• Apps with advertising: ad delivery/interactions and device or advertising identifiers processed by the advertising SDK, if enabled.
• Feature-specific access: location for traffic/border information, audio files for media playback, or photos/documents for PDF features, depending on the app and permissions granted.
• Web platforms: account and business records provided to the particular service, subject to its specific terms and notices.

Purposes and legal bases

Data may be processed to provide requested features, maintain security, reply to support inquiries, diagnose issues, understand feature use, and display ads where integrated. Depending on the processing, the applicable basis is a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest in security, or consent when required for analytics or advertising.

Service providers and transfers

Some app versions may use Google Firebase for analytics or diagnostics and Google AdMob for ads. Such providers process data according to their own notices. International processing may occur with applicable safeguards. Not every app uses every service named here.

Permissions and choices

Android and iOS permission settings let you manage access to device location, camera, photos, files and audio where an app requests it. Withholding access may affect a feature. Applicable consent choices for ads and analytics depend on the app version and jurisdiction. Please contact us with privacy questions.

Retention, safeguards and deletion

Information is retained as necessary for the stated purposes or legal duties; periods differ for support messages, server logs, and platform records. We employ reasonable safeguards including secured connections and access controls. To request access, correction or deletion of data we control, email contact@masstech.bg and identify the app or service involved.

Your rights

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing, or withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection.

Changes

We may update this notice when we add or change product features and service providers. Every app must be reviewed separately before release to ensure its actual SDKs, requested permissions and consent flows match its disclosures.
